Great privately owned, professionally managed spot. Being right off 249 makes it easily accessible. Most units have electricity. Indoor and outdoor places to park a vehicle. Glen the manager is friendly and accomodating. Good spot for contractors, landscapers and others who start before sun up and finish after sundown and need a place to store their tools of the trade. The cons? Limited access (I believe 6am-9pm) which makes it difficult to access if you work during those hours or are a night owl. No onsite bathrooms but there are businesses nearby like 7-11 and Lowe’s if nature calls. If the limited hours aren’t a hindrance it’s a great place to store your stuff.
