I have thought long and hard before I decided to write this review but however maybe someone made off this will read it I had a unit I switched to another unit I went on a special and if you look on the website it says certain size first month free rent four months 50% off just like that scroll down and says cover parking 50% off for 4 minutes the only thing it says now I have asked about 10 people to look at that website and tell me what they think and here’s what I got the same comment that I thought I got was the fact that you get a first month free and 4 months a half price now that being said they need to fix their I guess their ad or something their customer service maybe I’m not sure which one a month that was expecting late charges instead of trying to work something out with me they have yet to contact me back I have sent three emails two phone calls and the only one I’ve talked to is people on my my property site which cannot do anything about any of it except for any excuses of why it’s like that now is a29 so by the time I get I can actually finally afford to pay it it’s going to be $65 in late fees now after all that said and done I’m probably going to move my storage after I get paid to move out because not only so I’m not contacting me with any concern of anything new company have changed gate hours. Pikachu if you customers they have some several complaints too however that’s not for me to say or anything else basically what I’m trying to say is y’all need to honor what your ad says plain and simple I don’t have a copy of the contract my first unit i didn’t sign a contract so that being said I can’t really read it everything’s done online so you tell me what you would do? UPDATE: once again called the law. We entered with 15 mins left untill 9, grabbed a ladder and wa outside the gate by 9 strapping down our ladder, they still called the law, all while them owing us $1400 on our accts.. UPDATE: they called the law again for us sitting outside the gate. We enetrred our cide on Aug 3rd despite us not oweing anything and told the police that we were trying ro break in. They sent 4 cop cars to the Dollar General and had us held up. This place is a joke. We paid $7000 jn advance for our multiple units which we had 24 hour access to because of our business. We stayed through the night one night because we had the night off work. We needed to organize our 4 units because we just had taken on a large job at the airport. Next day, regional manager shows up, rude as can be saying Guess you were here over night. Well yeah, so, we have access and have rented here before for a long time and had stayed ovr night working nunerous times. She said we no longer have that access for no reason… Their units are filthy, they have now stolen $400 on our acct plus refusing to fulfil their “1st Month Free” which = over $1000… We have 4 units there, did have 5 at one point. We had a loop hole that we would go in just before 9pm and stay as lng as we needed to and get our tools and supplies we would need.. everytime we would be there after that time, other customers would just stroll right in and do what they needed.. I have taken pics of others being there and even spoken to a few who were told they could have access as long as they didnt let us in.. this evening we went in at 8:55pm, and they called the police to ask us to leave… We spent all this money at those units because we had 24 hour access. Mind you they owe us right at $400 on our acct. They refuse to send acct break down or receipts of our acct since 2 months ago… Oh and we have killed 11 rats and mice in our units in the past 2 months, that come from units next to us. When I told the manager about the problem, she said oh well, we live in the country and that is to be expected. Ummmm what? I know she didnt say that to me. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, she blew it off. Denise, the district manager is aware that her boss, the regional manager, Kim is stealing because she didnt think it was necessary to tell her to send us our acct breakdown… No one answers the phone or email… This place is under new management and it is a joke. Just a bunch of so called managers causing discrimination and on some ridiculous power trip.. the only reason we are still at that place is because it is close to our current location within a mile and everything we own is in our units. We always need to be able to get in them. Dont rent from here!..

They have harrassed us by calling the cops on us for no reason multiple times. We were gicven 24 hour acces and they took it for no reason..we paid thousands of $ in advance and rhey dont care about anyone or anything once they get your money. They owe us basically right at $1400 credit on our accts but call the law every day.. they are ridiculous and wont answer calls or emails or reply or respond back to show us our acct. But DONT rent here unless you want rats eating your property…we told them this also that we have killed 11 rats so far in the last 2 months and they said , oh its expected, we live in the country. Been renting here for 4yrs but now I’m forced to move out (A43) because the ceiling got damaged during the Hurricane and is about to collapse. The water leaked from the ceiling and destroyed all of my personal belongings and they don’t offer insurance. I said, I was going to move out by the 1st of the month but it’s just me trying to move everything from a big car/rv storage with no help and I just had surgery. I asked the new manager could I get a couple of days to finish moving out and she said she was going to charge me. I understand that this is a business but damn, I’ve been a loyal, dedicated customer who never been late paying rent so she should have some compassion & understanding!

Don’t Do It! Don’t be late 2 weeks paying your bill and your son have emergency surgery the day you agree to meet and pay! I apologized to the owner sincerely by text day of surgery and verbally twice 5 days after still his words to me where yay everyone has problems who cares as his voice changed his anger raised to cursing me out stating his time is valuable! I Yeah just pay your God Dam Bill he stated! Completely offended as I am paying and he knows this someone else’s storage fees at his location that not one of my personal property items are at his facility! Still after me paying months footing the bill on time helping an EX the kids dad out in hard times though separated. Today I was told God Dam an cursed out by the owner! He built a storage unit to store items through times people face think about it people of your facing any hard times you will be insulted not helped taken advantage of and your money is all they want! Go to someone that wants to help people through ruff times especially when the person paying is a person who is only asking for help as she helps another human! This man just wants your money!!!
