We rented a boat Mother’s Day weekend. I booked it online. Super easy! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I have rented many boats over the years and this one has no hidden charges (fuel, launch fees, cleaning fees). All included in the price. Very straight forward. We brought our own tubes. Should have a brought a harness to clear the motor b/c it didn’t come with one. I managed with an additional rope and some survival knots. The 150hp was plenty for tubing and crossing the lake. We rented the 30 Viaggio and was by far the nicest and cleanest boat I have ever rented. They have several 2021 units in their fleet. Rental time was 3pm. I showed up, filled out the real agreement, gave them a card for the security/damage deposit, and we were off in 15 minutes after walking the boat and being shown where all the equipment was located. Great time! We will definitely rent again. Thanks Lakeview Marina for putting smiles on our faces!

Pretty good place to launch your boat. Now offer valet service which worked out pretty well. My only complaint is that you launch at this ramp and there are two concrete walls that you are in between that are about 30ft long. For those of you with wake boats know where I’m coming from with trying to stay straight backing out this walled in ramp can be a little nerve wrecking. With no steering in reverse and with those other inconsiderate boaters that come in and don’t respect your space it could be pretty irritating… All in all, parking is good. Ramp is managed well. Just don’t like the concrete walls

The guys were super nice and the boats are well taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the lake and good places to anchor out to swim. Also told us about the local sites to see. Parking was kind of rough and they were a little off the beaten path. They should really put a sign out at 105 to make it easier to find.

No longer open to the public. Website states public boat launch $15.00… Thanks for making me drive all around the lake when I should have been on the water.

Disappointed After Years Here – Poor Conditions Under New Ownership We’ve kept our boat at this facility for over five years. Things used to be decent, but ever since new ownership took over, the place has gone downhill fast. The bathrooms are filthy—there’s rarely any soap, the water often doesn’t run, and basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The dudes bathroom smells of dead fish ?For $360 a month, you’d expect at least functioning, sanitary facilities.Sadly, that’s not the case. The local gas stations have cleaner restrooms and soap than this place The roads around the storage units are in terrible shape. They haven’t been graded or maintained in ages, and navigating in and out of the stalls is a real challenge. It feels like nothing is being done to care for the property or improve conditions for paying customers. The only reason we haven’t moved is because of the location—it’s close to the lake, and that’s hard to give up. But overall, this place feels like a no-win situation. You’re stuck between convenience and neglect. Very disappointing.

We belonged to their private boat launch club for use of their boat ramp on Lake Conroe. Because it was private, they use a gate to gain access to the property. Having used this gate for years(as we’ve been a customer for years), it was a strange day to enter the gate and have it close on our vehicle as we were entering the gate. Midway through the gate with a boat attached to us, we were unable to make any quick evasive action to get away from the gate closing, and it hit the rear quarter panel of our car leaving damage. As our vehicle/boat was halfway in the gate, with the gate not stopping, it is clear the photo eye was not connected/working and also the exit loop in the ground was not sensing correctly as our vehicle was over it. The gate continued to close on our car regardless. Upon telling the property manager about what happened, they were cold and refused to remedy the situation in any way. They even suggested that their gate had nothing wrong with it although it just literally closed on our car seconds before we notified them. Very disappointing that this business charges a premium to be a part of their membership, yet has absolutely NO customer service. Owned by a very large storage unit management company, I guess customer service and any care whatsoever gets lost between the local employees and the big office building located elsewhere.

We drove 3 hours for them to tell us they basically forgot to cancel the booking lol. This is after we paid for parking, in which we couldn’t get a refund for. It’s not a big deal if you have to cancel the booking, but at least say something that’s not at the actual time of the booking.

Gas pumps say $4.50 per gallon. I was charged $5.24/ gallon plus sales tax, which motor fuels are exempt from. So, they overcharged me $23.56. This place is run down. Docks and breakwater all busted. The store is empty. Looks like they’ll be out of business shortly.

****Update: this marina has only gotten worse each year. I wouldn’t even be lying if I said every week it gets worse and they keep upping the price with each new year. The projects they started last year never got completed and are just deteriorating away with each passing day. Some storms came through and tore up a lot of the docks that never got completed and they are all just bowed and missing planks or caution taped off. Very frustrating. We also don’t have a ton of options so it feels almost like they take advantage of the members.. I hope one day they actually get it fixed up but not looking promising. I would advise to go elsewhere with your money *****They changed this marina to private which is fine for us. We pay the membership fees and we spend a ton of time at the lake. today we forgot to grab ice on our way up here and they have an ice machine outside the office that would appear to be for use from the people that pay to come launch their boats here but it is not and they only allow some people to use it and others apparently are not allowed. So we purchased ice from them in individual bags. I’m not angry about Ive but I think it’s a small incentive that would be greatly appreciated by guests who pay to be here… they’re doing a great job with renovations but there is still much to be desired

We belonged to their private boat launch club for use of their boat ramp on Lake Conroe. Because it was private, they use a gate to gain access to the property. Went there on the 31st of September. After a day out on the lake I come back to a couple officers waiting next to my vehicle. My vehicle had been keyed in two different locations. I’m not talking about dragging the key across the car covertly either. These kids took their time to carve in some gang letters. According to the officers two other vehicles suffered the same. That place was hopping when we first arrived there. I saw at least 4 employees when I went inside to buy some ice. I just find it extremely difficult to believe that nobody saw anything while these kids went to work on the vehicles. Either way, I’ll never be showing up here again.
